Your first appointment
We begin with your concerns, relevant history and a movement assessment. Bring any available medical reports and advice from your treating clinician. We discuss suitable next steps and practical goals before starting a plan.
Continuing beyond the clinic
Where appropriate, your physiotherapist may suggest individual exercises or activity changes. These are adapted to your assessment and reviewed as you progress.
Treatment suitability and outcomes vary. This page provides general information and does not replace individual medical advice.
